Image of God Chart part 11 2 Terry Harris is an African American Black woman who resides in Kent, Ohio and appears to work hard for what she has. Terry’s temperament is sweet for she is a kind and gentle individual but, she struggles because of her crack, alcohol, and marijuana addictions. Although she attends Church on a regular basis she still needs a support system/group to help or rather show her how to get past her addictions. Angela (my wife) was her support system but, since we have relocated Terry has down spiraled. Angela picks up the telephone weekly to encourage her by having Bible study and reading scriptures

By doing this it definitely get her away from the people with the drugs thus allowing her not to focus on the negative but instead the positive. Either way any Christian whether it be a pastor, church leader or even a church member could help Terry for the scripture says so. For example "By not looking to your own interests but each of you to the interests of the others" (Philippians 2:4) (NIV). "And do not forget to do well and to share with others, for with such sacrifices God is pleased" (Hebrews 13:16) (NIV). And "Carry each other’s burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ" (Galatians 6:2) (NIV). Man was created in the image of God and from his rib cage woman (Genesis chapter 2). Terry just as any individual shares in such divine qualities as thinking, speaking, planning, creating. The divine image in man and or woman is preparatory for the incarnation, and included in this image is his and or her free will which operates within certain established boundaries. The fall into sin may be defined as an individual making God an object of the free will which was created to function only against the creation. God's image is gradually restored in man/woman by faith and man/woman
