Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to show the negative effects of eating a lot of junk food. There are several negative effects because of eating junk food without having control. There are three main negative effects which they are getting obesity because of the high amount of sugar and trans fat in the junk food, having diabetes later on due to the high amount of sugar and artificial flavors in the junk food, and heart diseases which is the most dangerous negative effect. Lack of health awareness in the society about the seriousness of junk food and lack of self-control in having junk food are the main causes of the spread of these negative effects among people. People who are fond of eating junk food have to replace the junk food

Moreover, parents who are not having control on their children when they eat junk food for several times a week they will make their children suffer from childhood obesity. There is also some psychological effects of obesity on children as the child may be reluctant to participate in physical collective activity because of feeling shame from his overweight body .In the article ''Fast Food Intake Increases Risk of Diabetes and Heart Disease in Singapore'' (2012), the author writes ''the portions are often larger and the food is generally high in calories and low in nutrients''. It is clear that this kind of food is unhealthy in the way it is cooked, such as using the same oil many times and using many artificial flavors that causes obesity. In addition, junk food contains a high amount of sugar and fat. Having junk food at any time without having self-control will put on calories more than a person need in a day and that is why having junk food should be in moderation way. As a result, the person who eats junk food will be unable to make exercises because this kind of food makes the person lazy because of it is harmful ingredients. Finally, there should be some awareness campaigns from companies, governments, and health sectors in order to show the dangers of obesity that result from eating junk food excessively without having balanced on it.
