Introduction
The finest way of transforming today’s family standard to achieve its highest potential possible is through the means of effective educational system. Being freed from the oppression of illiteracy, gaining knowledge and skills, and a process of critical self-upgrading is the best art of building a progressive family. Pursuing adult learning as a community is one way of taking this advantage. Adult learning is the process where adults are engaged in systematic learning activities in order to gain new forms of knowledge, skills, attitudes, or values. In his book Purpose driven life Rick Warren said “If you have felt hopeless, hold on! Wonderful changes are going to happen in your life as you begin to live on purpose”. In 2005, a man named Brian Nichols escaped an Atlanta courthouse and, after murdering four people, forced his way into single mother Ashley Smith's home and held her hostage for seven hours. Ashley defused the situation by reading Pastor Rick Warren's best-selling book “The Purpose Driven Life” to Nichols, and the wanted man eventually surrendered to police. In order to make an impact in today’s society it’s essential to practice adult learning so as to inspire a generation that is purposeful.

A prepared heart is, with no doubt, the best work shop for any instructor who is working on any human intellectual development. Readiness is a vital attribute of every person who can affect a dynamic change with in this world system. Readiness is the willingness or a state of being prepared to do something. Therefore, learning readiness refers to how likely a person is to seek out knowledge and participation in behavior change.
