The Assassination of Tupac (2Pac) Shakur (Greatest Rapper?) "Selling more than 75 million copies of his album, Tupac became one of the best selling artists in the world" (Tupac Shakur Biography). Tupac Shakur a.k.a 2 Pac was born in New York in 1971 (Tupac Shakur Biography). His Personality/Music had a huge influence on people of that time and even until today he is remembered as a legend. Surrounded by many Conspiracy theories on Tupac's Assassination, Some people even believe that he is still alive and might make a sudden come back sometime soon, but what has Tupac left behind? During 1982 - 1996, Gangs had enlarged 76% ( In Tupac's Music he made connections with Gang Violence, Violence against police and committing crimes. As stated by Eberstadt, "Shakur's songs are riddled with just about every unwholesome trend that a nervous parent can name; above all they contain incitements to crime and violence (particularly against the police)". Which shows how the life style Tupac was living/talked about in his songs was dangerous and exiting for teenagers. Tupac's music had huge influence on young Adults/Teenagers of time period and even until today people find Tupac's music appealing, relatable and influential. Rap Music and Gangsta Rap were becoming two different genres in music industry. Tupac had caused danger to himself by dissing others artists from East Coast considering that Tupac was originally from the East Coast, he manifested West. Tupac had also insulted different gang members. During Shakur's carrier, he had become embroiled in a feud between East Coast and West Coast rappers. Actual Event Tupac had planned to make an appearance at MGM Grand and watch a boxing match live on September 7, 1996.
